Job Title: Customer Service Co-ordinator
About the RoleThe Customer Service Coordinator plays a vital role in leading a team of customer service staff and IT staff, ensuring seamless supply chain deliveries.
- Respond promptly to customers' inquiries via phone calls, emails, and orders.
- Verify data entry, filing, and scanning of documents for accuracy and completeness.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, coordination skills with customers and delivery staff, as well as the ability to multitask and think critically.
- Key skills include Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, interpersonal skills, supply chain management, administration, data entry, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.
A strong work ethic and commitment to duties and responsibilities are essential for this position. The coordinator will work closely with the team to ensure timely delivery of services and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
