Senior Customer Service Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Service Officer to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring team members, training new staff, and providing actionable feedback to ensure quality and productivity.

In addition to your customer service expertise, you will also be expected to work closely with senior management to design and implement procedures that enhance the customer experience. This includes attending to customer complaints, implementing retention practices, and creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients.

To be considered for this role, you must have prior experience in customer service, be professional in appearance and demeanor, and possess proficient communication skills. Knowledge of digital literacy is also essential, as well as the ability to stay calm under pressure. Prior experience in the beauty industry would be an asset but not a requirement.
