Job Title: Human Resources Strategic Partner

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with expertise in human resources strategy, training and development, and business partnering. They will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies that drive business results.

This role is responsible for managing the company's training and development programs, including planning, execution, and evaluation. The successful candidate will also work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives;
  • Managing the training and development program, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions that meet those needs;
  • Providing leadership and guidance to team members on HR-related matters;
  • Analyzing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make recommendations for improvement;
