Job Title: Human Resource Strategic Partner

As a seasoned HR professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business outcomes through strategic workforce planning and management. Your expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture.


About the Role:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies to drive business growth and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement effective talent management programs.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Design and implement performance management frameworks that drive employee productivity and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards while supporting business needs.
  • Lead initiatives in employee engagement, career development, compensation & benefits, diversity & inclusion, and workplace culture.

Requirements:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role leading teams of 6-8 headcounts in HR function.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and compliance standards.
  • Proven track record in leading HR initiatives across multiple HR functions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence, coach, and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
