Job Title: Strategic Human Resources Partner

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Lead monthly payroll activities, guaranteeing timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Coordinate the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local employment laws.
  • Monitor CPF submissions to maintain regulatory adherence.
  • Develop and review employment agreements and other HR documents for employees.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees, promoting effective communication and employee relations.
  • Address all employee inquiries related to HR matters in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in HR administration and recruitment.
  • Payroll tabulation expertise is essential.
  • Knowledge of Work Pass Application, Renewal, and Cancellation will be an added advantage.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and work effectively within a team environment.
