Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Accounting Specialist to join our team at APC DESIGN CONNECTION PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our accounts, including invoicing, receipt updates, and vendor invoice processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full set of accounts, including journal entries, inter-company charges, bank reconciliation, balance sheet schedules, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Handle day-to-day admin & accounting functions, including data entry and bookkeeping into the accounting system.
  • Responsible for handling general affairs and office management, including documentation of quotations, purchase orders, and delivery orders.
  • Liaise with internal employees and external parties regarding general affairs and administrative support functions.
  • Manage admin duties such as data entry, email, and preparing of issuing of invoices, delivery orders, etc.
  • Assist in GST filling and all other compliance and tax fillings.
Requirements
  • Possess at least 'N', 'O' level & ITE or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the Construction Industry.
  • Applicants without experience but with good learning ability are welcome to apply.
  • Can work independently with initiative and minimal supervision.
