Job Title: Procurement and HR Administration Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
As a Procurement and HR Administration Specialist at CROWN RACHEL PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for managing procurement processes, including issuing Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers.
You will coordinate with site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment, liaise with suppliers and site managers to ensure materials are delivered as per the project schedule, and track delivery statuses and handle any issues related to late or incorrect deliveries.
Additionally, you will conduct monthly reconciliation against supplier's Statement of Account (SOA) to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies, and track and monitor order deliveries to ensure they arrive at the correct site on time and resolve any delivery issues.
As an HR Administration Assistant, you will handle work pass applications, renewals, and manage related documentation for workers, conduct monthly payroll, perform basic account admin work including data entry with payments and invoices, and handle incoming calls and other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
1. Singaporean / SPR
2. 2 years working experience in construction field especially M&E, ACMV, Alum works
