Procurement and Administrative Support Specialist

The Procurement and Administrative Support Specialist supports administrative functions and manages procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services at APEX CHEMICALS (S) PTE LTD.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, and maintain filing systems. Prepare reports and coordinate office supplies.
- Purchasing Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate suppliers; negotiate contracts. Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with departments on needs.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing the procurement budget and track expenses.
- Communication: Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues.
5.5 days work week.
