Business Development Manager with Strong Sales Expertise

Masters Career Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will involve driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing efforts.
Job Responsibilities- Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS TO DRIVE REPEAT BUSINESS AND REFERRALS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- DELIVER PROFESSIONAL PRODUCT DEMONSTRATIONS AND SALES NEGOTIATIONS TO CLOSE DEALS.
- Report on sales performance and provide insights for business improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in sales or business administration are a plus.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development roles.
- Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques.
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS WITH THE ABILITY TO PRESENT INFORMATION EFFECTIVELY.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to identify client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Able to travel as required to meet with clients and host industry events.
- An estimated salary of SGD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
