Job Description
The Role:
We are looking for a skilled B2B Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales efforts in the HR community. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting for large deals and partnership opportunities through various channels, including calls, emails, social activity, events, and creative prospecting techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pursue high-value sales opportunities with key decision-makers in the HR community.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate information is passed into our CRM system.
  • Participate in sales forecasting, planning, and reporting with senior management.
  • Represent our firm at industry events and conferences.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS/Solutions/Tech sales, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Additionally, you should have experience selling solutions/professional services to the HR community and a proven track record of overachieving sales targets.
