Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales and relationships with existing and new Genetec customers, technology partners, consultants, and end-users in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support Regional sales managers to develop the assigned sales territory for company products by identifying opportunities and providing valuable insights.
  2. Discover and track potential deals, follow up on leads, and distribute them to partners to drive revenue growth.
  3. Meet Country Manager sales objectives by building a robust pipeline, preparing forecasts, budgets, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  4. Facilitate seamless communication between internal teams and partners throughout the onboarding process.
  5. Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Country Managers on lead assignments, overseeing deal progression with partners.
  6. Visit Customers/partners/consultants at their premises to build strong relationships and identify business opportunities.
  7. Manage forecasts and achieve quotas by leveraging sales expertise and market knowledge.
  8. Identify customer needs, respond to RFIs, RFQs, prepare quotes, and write proposals that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  9. Coordinate and facilitate communication with Customers and MRs to ensure timely issue resolution.
  10. Monitor and report satisfaction levels from customers, integrators, consultants to inform business decisions.
  11. Coordinate customer, integrator, consultant training to enhance product knowledge and adoption.
  12. Update and maintain data in CRM or other applications to ensure accurate tracking and analysis.
  13. Acquire, maintain, and report adequate knowledge of product, market, and competition to stay ahead in the industry.
  14. Stay informed about the latest products, applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends through relevant literature and consulting with marketing and technical services.

About You

  • 6+ years of experience in the Security Industry, specifically in VMS and Access Control, CCTV.
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communication, Engineering, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent presentation skills and experience conducting client demonstrations.
  • Proven sales achievement / track record within technology sales.
  • Attention to detail and process-oriented approach.
  • Able to work independently within a team environment.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to present information clearly and concisely.
  • Bilingual communication is an asset.

Technical Requirements:

  • Ability to thrive in a complex sales environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in the security industry with ability to maintain contacts at different levels.
  • Must have strong time management skills and be a multitasker.
  • Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with customers, integrators, consultants.
  • Able to work independently, within a team environment.
  • IP technology understanding and networking expertise will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this role is SGD 120,000 - SGD 180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer attractive benefits, regional exposure, travel opportunities, and unlimited coffee
