Role Overview

The Senior/Executive, Trade Marketing will play a key role in supporting the Trade Marketing manager in planning and executing all Trade and Marketing activations in annual calendars. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing channel-specific activities and ensuring timely execution;
  • Key account management for Ecom channel;
  • Planning and executing promotion activities for Ecom channel and customers;
  • Capturing meeting minutes and following up on tasks as required;
  • Preparing and compiling reports for post-campaign evaluations;
  • Preparing and compiling monthly BR reports for internal and external stakeholders;
  • Developing and adapting visuals for promotions in trade according to the promotion calendar;
  • Managing suppliers related to printing of POSM according to the timeline;
  • Compiling total trade activities from Brand and Trade for monthly Trade Bulletin communication;
  • Providing administrative support where required.

The ideal candidate will have strong planning skills, good business acumen, good communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is also essential.

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in Business Studies or an equivalent field;
  • At least 4 years of working experience in FMCG companies in various functions (Sales/Marketing/Trade Marketing/Channel Development);
  • Strong planning skills, good business acumen, good communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work independently;
  • Competency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
