Job Title: Assistant Hotel Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Hotel Manager. This position reports directly to the Hotel Manager and plays a crucial part in overseeing the day-to-day operations and activities at our premium boutique hotel.

  • Assist the Hotel Manager with the management of hotel services, including front-of-house, back-of-house, food and beverage operations, housekeeping, security, and maintenance of facilities.
  • Be actively involved in budgeting and financial management, including recruitment and training of team members.
  • Organize and direct all hotel services to ensure exceptional guest experiences and satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills, both with guests and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing the hotel's overall performance and ensure smooth operations.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and goal-setting for the hotel.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve hotel services and operations.
  • Collaborate with the hotel team to achieve excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in hospitality or management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
