
Guest Experience Leader

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our guests' experiences. As a Guest Experience Leader, you will oversee all guest interactions, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere at our restaurant.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, be highly engaging with guests and colleagues alike, and be able to build strong relationships.
- Oversee all guest interactions, recognising and welcoming repeat guests by name.
- Engage with guests in conversation to build rapport and ensure their satisfaction.
- Take ownership of guests' complaints and preferences, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Additional responsibilities include managing daily restaurant operations, maintaining quality and consistency of products, and participating in training sessions.
