Job Title: Guest Experience Leader

Overview

The Guest Experience Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office Department. This includes ensuring that front desk and communications meet hotel standards for maximum guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure efficient guest registration, check out, and telephone service.

  2. Observe front desk agents to ensure established procedures are completed in accordance with policy and procedure.

  3. Act as the main contact for guests and other hotel departments in the absence of the Director of Rooms.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Hospitality or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
