As a vital member of the marketing team at iShopChangi, the online platform for tax and duty-free shopping at Changi Airport, you will take charge of partnership initiatives and innovative strategies aimed at enhancing growth in customer acquisition and new business ventures across two key segments: travel retail and domestic markets.


Role Overview

  • Develop and enhance an existing framework of partnership initiatives for iShopChangi, targeting a diverse range of partners beyond finance and lifestyle sectors to achieve significant new customer acquisition growth in both travel retail and domestic segments. This will involve sourcing, negotiating, and finalizing partnerships while operationalizing the associated activities.
  • Drive and implement projects focused on generating new sales growth for iShopChangi. These projects will necessitate proactive engagement and negotiations with various stakeholders, including airline partners, hotel chains, and consumer brands to establish fruitful collaborations.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams spanning Marketing, Technology, and Business Development to design and launch relevant and impactful products and initiatives.
  • Continuously monitor and assess the performance of partnership and loyalty initiatives, identifying opportunities to recommend and enhance promotions and strategies that drive key performance indicators (e.g., ROI, new customer acquisitions, repeat purchases).
  • Oversee the P&L of respective programs, ensuring that all objectives are met and planned activities are executed within budget. Maximize revenue opportunities by securing funding from partners and co-branded marketing efforts.
Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in partnerships, loyalty/reward programs, and/or business development.
  • Proven experience in developing partnership initiatives with a track record of achieving substantial new customer growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, along with excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively influence and build partnerships both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive approach to project management with the ability to anticipate potential issues.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Experience in digital campaign management and a background in e-Commerce will be advantageous.
