The successful candidate will support the Marketing Department in daily activities, including checking and managing credit facility applications, purchase orders, and contracts.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage the processing of credit facility applications, purchase orders, new contracts, contract amendments, contract termination, contract maturity, existing, and expired contracts.
  2. Coordinate the updating of customers and suppliers data on a regular basis.
  3. Ensure accurate entry of credit application, contract, acceptance, and disbursement information into internal systems.
  4. Prepare and generate reports for management and internal use.
  5. Provide support in responding to general sales enquiries and phone calls.
  6. Verify the accuracy of documents submitted to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.

A Diploma in any field is required, with preference given to those with experience in leasing and finance companies. Knowledge of Japanese culture is also an advantage.
