
Facilities Coordinator

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**1)**Facility Management**:
a. Oversee the proper functioning and maintenance of facilities such as the swimming pool, gym, and other common amenities.
b. Ensure all facilities are clean, safe, and in good condition for resident use at all times.
**2)**Meter Reading**:
a. Perform meter readings (e.g., water, electricity) at designated intervals and record the data accurately.
b. Highlight and report any irregular or abnormal readings to the management for further action.
**3)**Handover and Takeover of Facilities**:
a. Manage the handover and takeover of facilities, following the checklist provided to ensure thorough inspections.
b. Verify the condition of facilities and report any discrepancies during the process.
**4)**Patrols and Inspections**:
a. Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify defects, such as faulty lights, damaged exit signs, or other maintenance issues.
b. Promptly report and coordinate with maintenance teams or contractors for rectification.
**5)**Lift Padding and Contractor Oversight**:
a. Install and remove lift padding when required, ensuring proper protection during contractor activities or resident moves.
b. Supervise contractors to ensure they complete their tasks and restore the area to a clean and tidy state before leaving the premises.
**6)**Resident and MA Support**:
a. Respond to resident inquiries and requests regarding facilities professionally and promptly.
b. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility repairs and scheduled maintenance.
**7)**Compliance and Reporting**:
a. Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards for all facilities.
b. Prepare detailed reports on facility conditions, maintenance activities, and any incidents as required by management.
Note: Some Job duties may vary depending on site requirements
**REQUIREMENT**
**Requirements**:
**1.**Applicants must be willing to work 6 days per week. (off days wil be based on duty roster)
**2.**Preferably able to start immediately
**3.**Ability to handle pressure and multi tasks
**4.**Good administrative and Computer literacy
**5.**Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
**6.**Work Timing is 10.00 to 22.00
