A career opportunity exists for a Strategic Rewards Manager to optimize rewards for positive behavioural outcomes supporting a nation of healthier people.

The role is part of a division that aims to make Singapore a nation of healthier people by applying the latest research and best practices in health promotion.

You will be responsible for managing a board-wide rewards programme and platform services to engage stakeholders and support national initiatives for Singaporeans' benefit.

This includes facilitating the development of domain expertise to guide divisions in optimizing rewards to meet programme objectives across three tracks: knowledge acquisition (extrinsic & non-monetary rewards), advisory support, and continuous learning from industry and academia experts.

You will provide leadership in areas such as policy development, governance oversight for Healthpoints and reward types, conceptualizing rewards initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders and partners, and ensuring optimal user experience with IT teams and vendors. You will also oversee marketing initiatives, develop analytics, and implement process improvements.

Additionally, you will lead customer-care operations, managing queries, escalations, vendor relationships, and service development.
