**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Finance Executive to join our finance team at ALPHA LADDER GROUP PTE. LTD.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, and banking and cash management.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of financial functions, including accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, and banking and cash management.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, bookkeeping, and other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including internal and external parties.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • At least 1 year of accounting experience (AP, AR, entries)
  • Proficiency in Oracle Netsuite or ERP systems is an added advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
