**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Finance Executive to join our finance team at ALPHA LADDER GROUP PTE. LTD.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, and banking and cash management.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills and contribute to the growth of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of financial functions, including accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, and banking and cash management.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, bookkeeping, and other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including internal and external parties.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
- At least 1 year of accounting experience (AP, AR, entries)
- Proficiency in Oracle Netsuite or ERP systems is an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
