We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Admin to join our team at Ban Leong Technologies Limited. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of our Service Admin team, ensuring efficient processing of RMAs and claims while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Job Description
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations and delegate tasks within the Service Admin team, driving process improvement and team efficiency.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to achieve performance goals, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Maintain accurate and timely processing of RMAs and claims, ensuring up-to-date logs and seamless customer experiences.
  • Manage escalated customer issues and supervise team interactions, fostering a positive and empathetic customer service environment.
  • Collaborate with vendors for claims resolution and timely credit or replacement, leveraging relationships to enhance service delivery.
  • Prepare performance reports and coordinate with other teams to drive service quality improvements.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field is preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer-centric practices.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service admin roles and leadership experience is an advantage, showcasing expertise in team management and process optimization.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results.
