Develop a digital commerce vision for a recognized brand, collaborating across countries to deliver long-term business impact.
Prior experience in launching and scaling direct-to-consumer (.com) businesses is essential. Marketplace platform expertise is highly valued.
Job DescriptionDevelop and execute the APAC e-commerce strategy to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand equity.
Lead the planning, launch, and optimization of regional brand .com platforms, defining the digital customer journey.
Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations, including budgeting, digital merchandising, online marketing, logistics, and customer care.
Drive performance reporting, analysis, and business reviews, leveraging digital analytics and KPIs.
Collaborate with country and functional teams to support marketplace expansion and partnerships.
Manage and develop regional e-commerce team members, fostering a results-oriented culture.
Stay up-to-date with APAC e-commerce trends, competitor benchmarks, and technology innovations.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
10+ years of e-commerce experience, with a substantial track record leading and scaling brand dot com platforms in the APAC region.
Extensive knowledge of e-commerce P&L, site operations, analytics, and digital marketing.
Experience with APAC online marketplaces considered a strong asset.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute regional growth strategies and manage cross-functional, multicultural teams.
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
