Key Account Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Key Account Strategist to drive campaign performance and operational excellence across Southeast Asia markets.

The ideal candidate is passionate about e-commerce and content performance, with hands-on experience in live commerce strategy, operations, and data analysis. They will work closely with the team to manage live commerce campaigns from planning to post-analysis, tracking results and identifying opportunities for optimization.

  • Support the Regional Team Lead in managing day-to-day live commerce campaign operations across Southeast Asia.
  • Coordinate closely with local market teams to gather inputs, align schedules, and ensure timely execution.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to report performance highlights, collect feedback, and assist in aligning campaign directions.
  • Prepare and maintain organized documentation for performance summaries and campaign plans.
  • Help ensure smooth delivery of livestream sessions by supporting show planning, asset tracking, and cross-team coordination.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely sharing of assets, approvals, and feedback.

The successful candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, account servicing, or campaign coordination, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.
