JOB DESCRIPTION

La Maison du Whisky is looking for a Digital Commerce Specialist to support the expansion of our e-commerce platform, Whisky.SG. This is a sales role that involves digital content creation , e-commerce operations, campaign execution, and website management . The ideal candidate will contribute to strategy development, improve user experience, and enhance online sales performance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • E-commerce Management: Update product listings, managing promotions and optimise the online store for a seamless shopping experience.

  • Content & Design: Create and update product descriptions, design web banners, and enhance site visuals.

  • Marketing & Traffic Growth: Execute digital campaigns, analyse traffic, and contribute to e-commerce strategy for increased engagement and sales.

  • Website Coordination: Work with web developers and ensure platform efficiency.

  • Customer Support: Serve as a key contact for Whisky.SG customers, ensuring a high level of service.

  • Performance & Analytics: Track and analyse e-commerce performance, improve ROI, and optimise marketing effectiveness.

  • Customer Retention & Loyalty: Contribute to customer engagement strategies and loyalty programs.

  • Collaboration: Work with agency partners and internal teams to develop optimised online brand content and execute digital marketing initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus)

  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset

  • Experience with CSM or CRM platforms – WooCommerce knowledge is a must

  • Proficiency in web development (basic coding knowledge preferred)

  • Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop skills a plus

  • Excellent copywriting abilities

  • Passion for whisky and spirits

  • Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies

  • Familiarity with AI tools for content & marketing automation

  • Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable

  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills

TIMELINE: September 2025

WORK LOCATION: UE Square/ Fort Canning MRT

Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

  • Working hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

  • 1 day WFH

  • Medical & Dental plan

  • 15 days annual paid leave
