Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Digital Commerce Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online retail presence.

This role involves developing marketing strategies, managing e-commerce platforms, and optimizing sales performance.

The ideal candidate is skilled in digital marketing, data analysis, and account management, with a passion for e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee online stores on platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, and the company's website.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email, and paid ads.
  • Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and revenue.
  • Coordinate the creation of product listings, descriptions, and visual assets to enhance customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Track and analyze metrics such as sales, traffic, and ROI to optimize campaigns and e-commerce performance.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, Google Analytics, and advertising tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to a dynamic market environment.
