About the Department
The Retail Operation Readiness Centre is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our retail banking systems. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand system enhancements and projects, and ensure that they meet the required standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand system enhancements and projects, and ensure that they meet the required standards.
- Prepare test scripts from the end-to-end test scope, and work closely with system stakeholders to prepare test data needed for the end-to-end test scope.
- Participate in user acceptance testing, and execute test automation script for functional testing.
- Track and monitor testing progress and defect resolution, and provide regular test progress reports.
- Ensure user acceptance testing exit criteria are met before signoff, and engage relevant stakeholders on the test results review and touchpoints for user trainings.
- Participate in live verification for system enhancements and projects, and provide post-implementation support.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience in system testing and banking domains.
- Good communication skills and technical knowledge.
- Experience in managing stakeholders and presentations.
- Proficient in MS application tools.
