Senior Officer, Deposits, Retail Investment Operation Centre

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Officer, Deposits, Retail Investment Operation Centre to join our team at United Overseas Bank Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Validate customer instructions and perform pre-processing checks for products such as Time Deposits, Maxiyield, Structured Products, Remittances, Cashiers' Orders and Demand Drafts.
- Reconcile and resolve discrepancies in GL/System reports.
- Monitor and ensure SLAs are met and exception handling are closely monitored and followed up with adequate approvals according to Delegation of Authority.
- Adhere to SOPs and ensure compliance with applicable Regulations and Bank Policies.
- Be audit ready and achieve satisfactory rating for both internal and external audit reviews.
- Handle queries from Business Units within agreed time frames.
- Carry out any adhoc assignments/projects as given by Section Head and Department Manager.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to improve productivity and mitigate risks.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing and archival.
- Bachelor's degree with 1 to 2 years of working experience in operations or banking.
- Good communication skills.
- Fresh entry welcome to apply.
- Possesses good PC skills and accurate data input.
- Systematic and knowledge of Deposit, Structured Products and Remittances.
- Open to contract role.
