Construction Estimator Role Overview

Are you a skilled quantity surveyor looking for a challenging position where you can utilize your expertise to deliver high-quality construction projects?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Construction Estimator. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for preparing detailed estimates of construction costs, managing contracts, and overseeing project progress.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed estimates of construction costs, including labor, materials, and plant hire.
• Manage contracts, including negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers and contractors.
• Oversee project progress, including monitoring timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:
• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Proven experience as a quantity surveyor, preferably in a senior role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
