Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to deliver exceptional cost estimation, tendering, and construction management services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop accurate cost estimates and submit tenders for construction projects in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project understanding and accuracy.
  • Analyze cost impacts and provide detailed tender analysis and recommendations as needed.
  • Maintain ongoing monitoring of project costs and evaluate contract terms within tenders.
  • E nsure compliance with safety and industry standards throughout the tender submission process.
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant QS experience in the construction industry.
  • Candidates with building experience may apply for this opportunity, and those with more experience can be considered for senior roles.
