Job Title: Construction Cost Estimator

Job Summary:

As a Construction Cost Estimator, you will be responsible for providing accurate and reliable cost estimates for construction projects. You will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that the estimated costs are aligned with the project goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying or construction management, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measurement & Pricing and Cost Estimation
  • Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities
  • Responsible for progress claims, variation orders, budget & cost control, subcontract information

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience with quantity surveying or professional qualification.
  • Experienced in contract administration of rail or civil engineering projects.
  • Prefer to have experience with LTA's project
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS Office
