Job Title: Senior Construction Cost Estimator

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced and skilled quantity surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction cost estimation, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    About the Role:

    As a quantity surveyor, you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed estimates of construction costs, including labor, materials, and equipment. You will also be involved in budgeting, cash flow management, and contract administration.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed estimates of construction costs, including breakdowns of labor, materials, and equipment
  • Develop and maintain accurate budgets and cash flow projections

    Requirements:
