Job Title: Senior Construction Cost Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Senior Construction Cost Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the tendering process, preparing tender documentation, and submitting quotations or tender documents. You will also estimate construction costs in a competitive manner, monitor monthly progress, and process claims and contractual payments.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have a degree in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification, as well as at least 3 years of working experience in the construction industry. You must also have good communication skills in English and be confident in communicating with clients and suppliers. Additionally, you should have a positive attitude and be willing to learn.

We are looking for someone who has excellent negotiation and administrative skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. If you have experience in SG as a QS, that would be an added advantage.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant software. You should also have knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, as well as a strong understanding of quantity surveying principles and practices.
