Job Title: Senior Construction Cost Estimator

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on cost estimation and budgeting for complex construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to develop and implement effective cost control strategies.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Develop detailed cost estimates for construction projects
  • Prepare and manage project budgets
  • Evaluate contractors' quotations and recommend suitable options
  • Assist in procurement of materials and subcontractor services
  • Conduct on-site measurements and verify progress claims
  • Perform cost-benefit analysis and advise on risk management

Requirements:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS, AIQS) is an advantage
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in construction projects
  • Proven track record in cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration

Skills:
  • Proficient in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost analysis, and valuation
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Skilled in contract law and QS/estimating software
