We are seeking a skilled Senior Construction Cost Estimator to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for submitting quotations to customers based on Schedule of Rate or Star Rate, sourcing quotations from specialists/sub-contractors/suppliers, preparing comparisons, negotiating and awarding contracts. Key aspects of the job include:

  • Quotation submission to customers in accordance with established procedures;
  • Sourcing quotations from relevant suppliers and analyzing costs to ensure competitiveness;
  • Negotiation and contract award processes to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects;
  • Preparation of detailed reports and presentations to facilitate effective communication with stakeholders;
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, as well as experience in construction cost estimation and contract management. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as quantity surveying, civil engineering, or architecture is preferred.
