Job Title: Senior Construction Cost Estimator

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering projects on time and within budget. Your expertise as a cost estimator will be instrumental in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible value for their investment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quantity Measurement: You will be responsible for conducting thorough measurements of structural, piping, E&I, mechanical, and painting works to provide accurate cost estimates.
  • MTO Reconciliation: You will work closely with clients to reconcile MTOs and ensure that all costs are aligned with the contract.
  • Cost Control: You will monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle and identify any variances or discrepancies that may impact the final bill.
  • Commercial Claims: You will handle all commercial claims and disputes related to the project, ensuring that our clients' interests are protected.
Requirements:
  • Degree: A degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years' experience in structural fabrication and construction works for large construction projects is essential.
  • Teamwork: You must be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and clients.
