Construction Cost Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Construction Cost Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:Perform quantity take-off from construction drawings and prepare Bills of Quantities based on latest drawings and site revisions.
Prepare cost estimates and budget planning for tender and ongoing projects.
Evaluate and verify subcontractors' claims and quotations.
Monitor project cost against budget and report cost variances.
Prepare and submit progress claims to clients/consultants.
Assess Variation Orders and supporting documentation for submission.
Procure materials and subcontractor packages, including sourcing and comparison.
Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and project managers to ensure costing accuracy.
Assist in the preparation and closing of final accounts.
Strong Organizational and Multitasking Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Abilities: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
