Business Development and Sales Professional

Cultivar Asia Pte Ltd (EA License 19C9782) is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development and Sales Assistant Executive to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:- Identify and establish business relationships with potential corporate clients to achieve specified annual sales goals.
- Research and generate leads through various methods, including B2B, telesales, and creative sales outreach initiatives.
- Implement strategies for revenue growth and manage pipeline and performance tracking through monthly sales activities.
- Minimally 1 year of relevant work experience in Corporate Sales and Business Development.
- Prior sales experience in the attractions or hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Creative and able to multi-task, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work both as a team and autonomously.
- Sales driven and result-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills, and a high degree of personal energy, maturity, and initiative.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Pro-active team player with a positive attitude and determination to succeed.
