Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Regional Business Developer - APAC to join our team in Singapore. This role will involve developing and executing business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the Asia region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, excellent communication skills, and the drive to travel and build relationships with new partners and customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth and expansion in the Asia region.
  2. Identify and pursue business opportunities with potential partners and clients.
  3. Lead negotiations and close deals with key accounts and strategic partners.
  4. Provide technical advice and support to clients regarding electrical safety products and regulations.
  5. Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the electrical engineering industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and effectively managing partnerships.
  • Good technical experience with electrical system design & components.
  • Excellent presentation skills and very good at creating written technical presentations.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Vietnamese is a plus.
