Electrical Discipline Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to manage the electrical discipline within construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the electrical design team to document project requirements and develop electrical work plans.
- Study electrical drawings related to cable ladders, trays, penetrations, system layout, single-line drawings, and interconnection drawings.
- Participate in electrical hot work fitting, cable termination, continuity checks, megger tests, and Atex inspections.
- Create work packages by area or subsystem.
- Plan resources, manpower, materials, facilities, and schedules.
- Direct and assign jobs to subordinates for execution.
- Prepare work conditions for subordinates.
- Monitor progress against schedules.
- Apply the Plan-Do-Check-Act methodology for all work activities.
- Report daily work progress to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and engineering teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or relevant disciplines.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Understanding of construction schedules and critical path analysis.
- Experience in managing vendors and subcontractors.
- Able to handle projects independently.
