This is a key position within the Retail Operations Readiness Center, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of retail operations parameter maintenance services. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and approving service requests, collaborating with business partners and stakeholders, and performing end-of-day reconciliations and investigations as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and approve retail operations parameter maintenance service requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to review and clarify parameter change requirements
- Perform end-of-day reconciliations and support investigations on parameters related production incidents
- Provide user support on functional-related queries
- Participate in issue investigation, rectification, and recovery of production incidents
- Develop and maintain procedures and manuals for retail operations parameter maintenance
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve service processes, minimize operational risk, and reduce costs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in banking retail operation units
- Good knowledge and understanding of banking retail operation processes and system capabilities
- Able to multitask and possess leadership traits, including diligence, meticulousness, and organization
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
