This includes carrying out daily routine checks, troubleshooting, and rectifying faults, as well as performing preventive maintenance and servicing duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out daily routine checks and troubleshooting to identify and rectify faults
  • Perform preventive maintenance and servicing duties to ensure equipment is functioning properly
  • Attend to all service requests, including tenant maintenance requests, painting, and repair works
  • Coordinate and supervise contractors' works to ensure they are carried out according to specifications
  • Maintain proper job records and documentation
  • Manage machinery and equipment spare parts inventory

Requirements:
  • NITEC in building services, mechanical, or electrical engineering
  • At least 2 years' relevant working experience in retail, commercial, or hospitality properties
  • Good work attitude and ability to work efficiently
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office - Word and Excel
  • Able to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays
