BELLS INSTITUTE OF HIGHER LEARNING PTE. LTD.

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and customer-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer programs that align with the company's strategic objectives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute customer-focused initiatives, analyzing key metrics and implementing improvements to optimize program effectiveness.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, understanding their needs and expectations, and acting as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment with program goals.
  • Analyze program performance using data analytics tools, preparing regular reports and presenting findings to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer program management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer-focused initiatives and programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
