Key Responsibilities- Build Strong Customer Relationships:
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, strengthening relationships through regular communication, meetings, and on-site visits.
- Manage Key Contracts & Operations:
- Oversee project schedules, processing, and delivery to ensure smooth execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations and adhere to contract terms.
- Be the Voice of the Customer:

- Streamline Rotable Support:
- Handle planning, quotes, payments, and logistics while addressing potential challenges.
