Dynamic Partnership Specialist
We are seeking a results-driven individual to spearhead our partnership initiatives and cultivate strategic alliances.
In this role, you will develop and execute partnership strategies to enhance event offerings, generate revenue, and elevate brand presence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling partnership packages and build lasting relationships with partners and sponsors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Development: Design and implement innovative partnership strategies and programs aligned with business goals.
- Relationship Management: Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with potential partners and sponsors. Maintain and nurture existing relationships to ensure long-term collaboration and mutual benefit.
- Proposal & Package Creation: Develop tailored partnership packages and proposals that clearly communicate the value proposition and benefits for partners.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations with partners and sponsors, ensuring favorable terms and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with event planning, marketing, and operations teams to integrate partnership elements seamlessly into event strategies.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on partnership performance and ROI. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and maximize value.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field, preferably within the events industry.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate partners.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
