
Director of Enterprise Growth

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Enterprise Growth Strategy**:
- Design and execute the APAC enterprise market development roadmap, focusing on unlocking new market opportunities and delivering long-term customer value.
- Champion the introduction and expansion of advanced services, including Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) offerings, in strategic markets through consultative, high-touch engagement.
- Engage directly with C-level executives and key decision-makers to position ESET as a trusted cybersecurity advisor.
**Strategic Account Management**:
- Own and grow relationships with key enterprise and government accounts across APAC, ensuring strategic alignment and sustained business outcomes.
- Deliver a high-touch account management experience focused on responsiveness, thought leadership and long-term partnership.
- Collaborate with global and regional deal desks to craft and negotiate tailored, high-impact commercial agreements.
**Strategic Alliances & Partnerships**:
- Identify, establish and cultivate strategic alliances with technology providers, service partners, and ecosystem enablers to enhance ESET’s value proposition and reach.
- Drive co-innovation and joint go-to-market initiatives with alliance partners to accelerate regional enterprise adoption.
- Ensure alignment between partner capabilities and customer needs to deliver integrated, scalable solutions.
**Cybersecurity Operations Enablement**:
- Lead or support the establishment and operationalization of regional Security Operations Centers (SOCs) and Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) operations, aligning with ESET’s cybersecurity services strategy.
- Ensure SOCs and MSSP offerings are equipped to support threat detection, response, and incident handling aligned with regional customer requirements and compliance frameworks.
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field.
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience within the technology or cybersecurity sectors.
- Proven success in leading enterprise engagements, managing strategic partnerships, and driving high-touch customer initiatives across the APJ region.
- Experience in the setup, management, or scaling of Security Operations Centers (SOCs) and Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) offerings or similar cybersecurity infrastructure.
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Deep expertise in enterprise go-to-market strategies, strategic alliances, and solution selling.
- Strong understanding of regional cybersecurity operations, compliance frameworks, and commercial practices.
- Business-level fluency in English and Japanese is essential.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and cross-cultural leadership skills with a commitment to building trusted, long-term relationships.
