APAC Events Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented APAC Events Coordinator to join our team at Ambition. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for planning and executing successful marketing events across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute event plans, including promotional materials, registration sites, and vendor management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency with global event processes
  • Manage event marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media promotions
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all events align with company standards
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in event planning, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Proven experience in using event management software, such as On24 and Eventbrite/Cvent
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to travel and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing or event management
