Job Summary

PERSOLKELLY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Billing Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the branch in payroll, billing administration, and contract management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll and Billing Administration: Manage contractors' payroll and billing to clients using in-house payroll systems, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Payroll Processing: Process weekly or monthly payroll for contractors, maintaining accuracy and compliance with local statutory and tax regulations.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams on payroll and billing matters, generating weekly and monthly reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure local statutory, tax, policy, and internal compliance are fulfilled, identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with payroll and billing operations.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform other ad-hoc payroll and billing duties assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum Diploma holder, preferably in Accounts or Finance, CAT or LCCI Holder.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant Payroll experience, with a strong understanding of Employment Act and Payroll Processes.
  • Skills: IT savvy, strong administrative and time management skills, ability to handle high volumes of requirements and tight deadlines.
  • Personal Qualities: A team player with strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
