Key Responsibilities- Execute Billing / Settlement Management Tasks: Ensure timely and accurate completion of AR and AP for all shipments within stipulated time frames.
- Liaise with Warehouse Operation Team: Coordinate with the warehouse operation team to obtain relevant information for billing report preparation.
- Review and Establish Billing Details: Review and establish billing details according to customer's billing requirements.
- Generate Billing / Invoices: Generate billing/invoices to customers timely and accurately, including pricing, customer details, and job information.
- Verify and Process AP Invoices: Verify and process AP invoices from vendors.
- Prepare and Update Logistics Billing Cost Items: Prepare, verify, and update various logistics billing cost items, charging methods, and reports.
- Attend to Customer Enquiries and Orders: Attend to customer enquiries and orders, including attending meetings with customers.
- Handle Disputes and Follow-ups: Handle and follow up on disputes, if any, with customers and suppliers.
- Ensure Document Filing and Archiving: Ensure all related documents are properly filed and archived.
- Assist with KPI Monitoring: Assist the Billing Manager/Leader with KPI monitoring and other tasks as assigned.
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Business Administration / Accounting: Diploma or Bachelor degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Business Administration/Accounting or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 Years of Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in billing/settlement related tasks.
- Working in the Logistics Industry: Working in the logistics industry is preferred.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous and Detail-Oriented: Meticulous with detailed mind/attentive to details.
- Proficient in MS Office: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
