Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Billing Executive to join our team at PERSOLKELLY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contractors' payroll and billing, ensuring timely and accurate processing, and providing premium services to candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll and billing for contractors using in-house systems
  • Process weekly or monthly payroll for contractors
  • Ensure payroll and billing accuracy
  • Collaborate with Operations and Finance on payroll and billing matters
  • Generate payroll and billing reports
  • Reconcile pay and bill hours
  • Perform margin analysis before payment to contractors
  • Filing of tax-related documents for foreigners and checking tax clearance for candidates
  • Prepare NS Make-Up Pay claim for contractors
  • Apply for refund on government-paid leaves
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory, tax, policy, and internal regulations
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma holder, preferably in Accounts or Finance, with relevant certifications
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant Payroll experience
  • Ability to handle high volume of requirements and tight deadlines
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act and Payroll Processes
  • IT savvy
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong administrative and time management skills
