Job Summary:

The Payroll and Operations Specialist will be a key member of the HR team at CREDIT AGRICOLE CORPORATE AND INVESTMENT BANK, reporting directly to the Compensation & Benefits Manager. This role involves processing monthly payroll and accounting entries, managing employee benefits, and maintaining data accuracy in the HRIS system.

Main Responsibilities:
• Support HR operations in managing end-to-end payroll and ensuring timely processing of monthly payroll.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, claims, and leaves. Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure timely processing of enrolments, changes, and terminations.
• Coordinate and manage timely submission of mandatory surveys from government and regulatory bodies. Prepare and submit monthly reports, including headcounts for validation.
• Process and follow up on government-related claims, such as NS, childcare, maternity, and paternity claims.
• Provide advice on HR policies and procedures, addressing payroll and benefits-related queries.

Project Management:
• Assist with executing global, regional, and local HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with project timelines and the Bank's goals and objectives.
• Other duties as assigned.

Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities:
• Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal Compliance requirements. Maintain knowledge to ensure full qualification to undertake the role.
• Complete mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competency.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Accounting related field.
• At least 2 years' hands-on experience in HR payroll and benefits administration.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret HR data, conduct benchmarking studies, analyze market trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Good knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Positive mindset, with a passion for driving change, continuous improvement, and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
